Overview

MosaiQ® AllergyPlex® COMBO is a multiplex allergy reagent panel from AliveDx, designed to run on the automated MosaiQ platform. It enables detection of allergen-specific IgE antibodies across a broad combination of allergens in parallel, providing a consolidated allergy profile from a single patient sample.

By measuring sensitisation to many allergens in one run rather than as separate sequential tests, AllergyPlex® COMBO supports efficient, comprehensive allergy investigation. This panel-based approach can be helpful for patients presenting with multi-allergen or unclear sensitisation, where a wider view in a single run may assist clinical assessment.

Available to Indian laboratories through Bio-State Inc. (Biostate DX), AllergyPlex® COMBO pairs the consolidated reporting of multiplex testing with the walk-away automation of the MosaiQ system, helping laboratories streamline allergy workflows while making efficient use of each patient sample. Results are intended to be interpreted by a qualified clinician alongside the patient's history and presentation.
