We offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC) covering preventive maintenance, breakdown support, calibration, and genuine spare parts to maximise instrument uptime. Our support model is built to keep your laboratory running with minimal disruption, supported by our corporate office and two manufacturing units in Noida.
Do you provide training for laboratory staff?
Yes. Application specialists provide hands-on training at installation and ongoing refresher training thereafter, covering instrument operation, reagent handling, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality-control best practices. Training is tailored to your team and platform so your staff can operate confidently and generate dependable, patient-centred results from day one.
