MosaiQ® AiPlex® CTDplus is an extended multiplex connective tissue disease (CTD) autoantibody panel designed to run on the AliveDx MosaiQ platform. It consolidates the detection of multiple clinically relevant CTD-associated autoantibody specificities into a single multiplexed assay, allowing laboratories to assess a broad panel of targets from one patient sample in a single test.
Connective tissue disease serology has traditionally relied on a tiered workflow in which a screen is followed by reflex confirmation across several separate assays. By bringing an extended panel of autoantibody targets into one multiplexed reaction, CTDplus is designed to help streamline this pathway and reduce sample handling and reflex steps, supporting consolidated autoimmune characterisation within the laboratory.
Distributed in India by Biostate DX, MosaiQ® AiPlex® CTDplus is part of the AliveDx MosaiQ menu and is intended to support clinical immunology and autoimmunity laboratories in delivering consolidated CTD autoantibody profiling within their routine workflow.
