Bio-State Inc. began in January 2012 with a singular conviction: that Indian patients and clinicians deserve access to the same advanced diagnostic technologies emerging from the world's most innovative laboratories. Founder Nitin Gupta started Bio State Group with deep roots in the in-vitro diagnostics industry and an obsession that still defines us today, the relentless pursuit of the latest IVD instruments and reagents, and the discipline to bring them reliably to the Indian healthcare ecosystem.
Operating under the brand Biostate DX, we have grown into a trusted distribution and manufacturing company spanning the full diagnostic value chain. From our headquarters in Faridabad and our corporate office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, we serve a network of more than 85 distributors across 16-plus cities pan-India. Over twelve years, this network and our commitment to clinical quality have delivered consistent results, an average annual growth of more than 20 percent, sustained year after year through changing market conditions.
What sets Biostate DX apart is the calibre of the global principals we represent. We partner with pioneers across continents, Polymedco from the USA, Zybio and Era Biology from China, AliveDx with its MosaiQ platform from Europe, the Bosch and Randox Vivalytic collaboration from Germany and the UK, QuantaMatrix and its dRAST system from Korea, and Pictor from New Zealand. Each partnership is chosen for one reason: it advances the accuracy, speed, or accessibility of diagnosis for the Indian patient.
Beyond distribution, we manufacture. Our two production units in Noida allow us to build local capability, strengthen supply reliability, and tailor solutions to the realities of Indian laboratories and hospitals. Everything we do returns to a patient-centered mission, to empower Indian healthcare by making advanced, dependable IVD testing genuinely accessible, so that the right diagnosis reaches the right person at the right time.
Bio-State was founded in January 2012 by Nitin Gupta, a post-graduate in Bioinformatics from Allahabad Agricultural Institute Deemed University (AAIDU), who spent twelve formative years building the in-vitro diagnostics market in India at Tosoh India, SD Biosensor, and Alere Medical India. That hands-on experience, spanning instrumentation, reagents, and patient diagnostics, shaped his vision of an Indian company capable of bringing the world's best diagnostic technologies home. His founding belief endures across Biostate DX: advanced diagnostics should be accessible, reliable, and centred on the patient.
