MosaiQ AiPlex CTD Assay

Multiplex autoantibody profiling in one automated run

A connective tissue disease multiplex assay for the MosaiQ platform that profiles multiple autoantibody specificities in a single automated run to support autoimmune work-up.

MosaiQ AiPlex CTD Assay
Overview

The MosaiQ AiPlex CTD Assay from AliveDx is a multiplex reagent panel for connective tissue disease (CTD) testing on the automated MosaiQ platform. Instead of running autoantibody markers across separate, sequential workflows, the assay measures a panel of clinically relevant CTD autoantibody specificities in a single automated run, helping laboratories provide a broader immunological profile from one sample.

Connective tissue diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome and systemic sclerosis often present with overlapping clinical features, which can make assessment challenging. By consolidating multiple autoantibody specificities into one workflow, the AiPlex CTD Assay is intended to streamline laboratory autoantibody testing and support clinicians as part of the overall diagnostic work-up.

Distributed in India by Biostate DX, the assay brings AliveDx's multiplexing technology to Indian immunology and autoimmune testing laboratories, pairing multi-marker panel coverage with the walk-away automation and consolidated reporting of the MosaiQ system. Results should be interpreted in conjunction with clinical findings and other laboratory data.
